Working in homes across Marin and Sonoma counties, San Francisco and East Bay specializing in:

  • Clearing out and refocusing your pantry and refrigerator
  • Creating and finding ways to make yummy foods that support your dietary needs
  • Teaching and coaching in food prep methods and recipes
  • Discover variety and flavors to keep your interest and taste buds happy
  • Reduce buying errors and wasted dollars on ‘bleh’ foods

I always begin with a free 20 minute phone consultation to discover your situation, concerns, needs and wishes. Also for both of us to see if we could enjoy our work together. Then you have a choice of three packages:

A touch of salt$149 – A Taste: Initial/mini-session. 90 minutes of ‘Genie time’

I work with you to evaluate and launch the clean up of your pantry! You’ll also come away with recommendations for organization, a starter shopping list plus tips on foods to try. This gives you a start on a clean palette to work from which helps to stop the grab for undesired foods and temptations.

Pantry already organized? Then use this time to talk through food alternatives, ways to prepare them, recipe suggestions. A good time to ask those “How do I…” small questions you’ve always wondered about and didn’t know who to ask.

Good if you’re someone who is just starting out with a new program and needs initial hand-holding plus guidance or needs a boost of inspiration and taste to keep going.

$249 – A Spoonful: Pantry clean up and reorganization (average size pantry*), with a simple food prep lesson if there’s time. Three full hours of time with you.

Food sample tastes, shopping list, tips, menu and recipe recommendations, plus education along the way is included as you work side by side with me.

This is for those ready to “put their foot down” to clear away old foods, temptations and start completely fresh. Also if you’re committed and ready to take on new methods of food prep and ingredients.

*Pantries and food in them varies greatly. We’ll do our best to get this done together within one session but cannot be guaranteed. Once on site and we begin, a clearer estimate can be made. Other supplies may be needed for this such as boxes, labels which I can purchase on your behalf. Take a couple photos – always helps me to see what’s happening in there!

A Full Cup Package$699 – A Full Cup: Includes the ‘Spoonful’ above plus 2 additional three-hour food prep sessions and a one-hour grocery shopping tour.

Choose from a list of desired skills such as dehydration, sprouting, fermenting or how-to-make list of bone broths, smoothies, gluten-free baking or whatever you need to learn to make food yummy and appealing. Learn how to use alternatives for sweeteners, healthy and delicious substitutes so you can still have eat-em-up breakfasts, desserts, treats and drinks. Along the way you’ll gain confidence in meal planning, new ingredients, methods so you can support your family’s health and have smiles at the table.

  • Grocery shopping list (will be provided prior to our meeting. Food cost is not included.)
  • Cookbook recommendations
  • Recipes – easy, (mostly) quick and delicious. Tested by me for a ‘YUM factor’
  • Equipment recommendations

Note: Extra time is charged at $82/hr. East Bay and SF, add $25 to each package price for travel expenses.

Note about my rates and time: Although I may spend three hours with you, I often spend another 2+ hours pre and post session preparing food for tastes, reviewing recipes, follow up, and being available by text for grocery shopping help where needed. In other words, you get more than what often meets the eye. ;)
